Greg Fox represents financial institutions, commercial financiers, trade creditors and other constituencies in the documentation, restructuring and enforcement of commercial credit. He has developed particular skill in asset based lending, equipment finance, distressed real estate finance, debtor-in-possession financings, bankruptcy litigation, lien priority and intercreditor issues, and debtor-creditor disputes. In addition to creditors, he represents receivers, asset purchasers, foreign representatives and other fiduciaries in state and federal insolvency proceedings. Greg serves as Director of Lane Powell’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department and co-chairs the firm’s Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy Team. He is a Fellow of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers, and an elected member of the American Law Institute.

Greg is Co-Chair of the WSBA Business Law Section Uniform Commercial Code Subcommittee, Past President of the Turnaround Management Association Northwest Chapter, and Co-chair of the ABA Business Law Section, UCC, Commercial Finance and LLC Committee’s Joint Task Force for Security Interests in LLC’s and Unincorporated Entities.
