Walter McMonies

Walter McMonies has an extensive legal career spanning several decades, with a focus on real estate law. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Lane Powell PC since January 2011, Walter transitioned to semi-retired status in April 2014, dedicating time to pro bono and charitable work while maintaining a presence at the firm. Previous positions include Partner at Roberts Kaplan LLP and Foster Pepper LLP, and Partner at Bogle & Gates, where Walter specialized in general real estate practices. Earlier experience includes counsel positions at Heller Ehrman and a partnership at McMonies & Whitlow.
