Brianna Reedy

Brianna Reedy is currently the Head of Platform Success at Lang.ai since July 2021. Prior to this, Brianna worked as a Volunteer CX Coach at Zendesk Startups at Zendesk since February 2021. Brianna has a background in customer experience, having held various roles at Freshly, FlyNYON, and Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Brianna also has experience in stage management and administrative and development assistance. Brianna holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Directing, Playwriting, & Production from The University of the Arts.
