Esther Chiu

Esther Chiu is a seasoned hospitality professional currently serving as a Senior Operations Officer at Langham Hospitality Group since September 2021, directly reporting to the Vice President, Brands and Chief Operations Officer. Previously, Esther held the position of Assistant Guest Services Shift Leader at Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers from June 2019 to July 2021, where responsibilities included job rotations across various departments and shadowing the General Manager. Prior to this, experience included serving as a Human Resources Intern at Hyatt Hotels Corporation and as a Guest Relations Officer at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Esther began their career as a Sales Associate at CLUSE and possesses a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
