Charles Pruitt

Charles Pruitt has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Charles is currently working as a Senior Business Analyst at Langley Federal Credit Union since 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Business Analyst at ABBTECH from 2021 to 2022, where they managed technology vendor relationships and assisted in project development. From 2019 to 2022, Charles worked as a Senior Business Analyst at TSR, where they analyzed and recommended changes to business processes and served as a liaison for vendors.

In 2018, Charles worked as a Project Manager at Retool America, where they planned, managed, and coordinated all tasks for initiatives and risk projects. Charles provided project management consultation and worked closely with vendors and subject matter experts. Charles also gained experience in the financial sector as an Assistant Vice President Internal Audit at Citizens Bank in 2017.

Prior to their roles in the corporate world, Charles was a Partner at Navesink Holding LLC, a real estate investment group, from 2014 to 2017. Charles started their career at Ernst & Young in 2012 as a Senior consultant, responsible for managing complex projects and improving organizational performance. Charles also has military experience, serving in the US Navy from 2006 to 2012, where they held various roles as an Assistant Operations Officer, Auxiliaries Officer, and Electronic Warfare/Safety Officer.

Charles Pruitt attended the United States Naval Academy from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a concentration in General Engineering. From 2013 to 2015, they attended Pace University - Lubin School of Business and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance and Financial Management Services.
