Gary O'Neil

Gary O'Neil is a professional with a diverse background in education, mental health, business development, and marketing. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Development at Ascentria Care Alliance, they are responsible for creating a division focused on providing social supports and professional growth infrastructure for staff and clients. Prior to this role, they held various leadership positions at Bright Horizons, including SVP of Employee Engagement, President/Board Chair of the Bright Horizons Foundation for Children, and SVP of Marketing and Partnership Services. With a Master's degree in Education/Counseling from Harvard Graduate School of Education, Gary has a strong foundation in education and a proven track record of driving growth and success in organizations they have been a part of.
