Additionally, Rachel has worked as a Refugee & Immigrant Job Readiness Instructor at the Manchester Community Resource Center, where they provided job readiness instruction and cultural orientation to refugees and immigrants. Rachel has also contributed to community development projects as a Grant Writer for Life & Water Development Group-Cameroon and as an Executive Assistant for the World Affairs Council of New Hampshire.

Rachel Merrill, MA, has a diverse education history. Rachel obtained a Master of Arts degree in Social Justice in Intercultural Relations from the School for International Training in 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in French at Concordia College from 2001 to 2004. In 2003, they participated in a semester abroad in Rennes, France through the Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE) at the Université Rennes 2.

Additionally, Rachel has attained several certifications. In 2022, they became a Psychic Medium in the Akashic Records through Branches of Vibrational Healing, LLC. Rachel obtained the Fundamentals of Fundraising Certificate from the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP-Global) in 2021. In 2020, they completed the Financial Success for Nonprofits course offered by eCornell. In 2018, Rachel obtained the Promoting Healing and Resilience in Traumatized Young Children and Their Caregivers: What Professionals Should Know and Do certification from the State of New Hampshire. Rachel also became a Holistic Life Coach through the University of Wellness and a Trainer for Diversity & Cultural Competence through the State of New Hampshire in the same year. In 2017, they became a Reiki Master at the Blossom Yoga Center, and in 2016, they acquired the Angel Card Reading certification from Delight Voss.
