Pasindu Jayawardena

Pasindu Jayawardena is a seasoned professional in credit management with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Manager - Credit at LOLC Holdings PLC since December 2014, Pasindu is responsible for analyzing financial data, evaluating creditworthiness, conducting risk assessments, and monitoring post-disbursement risks. Previous roles at LOLC include Deputy Manager Credit and Executive Credit, where Pasindu contributed to facility approvals and compliance with Sri Lankan regulations. Earlier career experience at Hatton National Bank PLC involved leasing execution and portfolio quality management. Pasindu holds an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University and has obtained credentials in Credit Management and Banking and Finance from the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka.
