Thavy Leng

Thavy Leng currently serves as the Head of Human Resources Department at LOLC since August 2014. Prior to this role, Thavy worked at Monash University as Human Resources Operations Staff, focusing on payroll administration from November 2012 to January 2014. Thavy's experience also includes serving as Human Resources Manager at CARE from January 2010 to May 2012 and at VisionFund Cambodia from October 2005 to April 2009, where responsibilities included recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, and policy development. Earlier in the career, Thavy was a Human Resources Coordinator at World Vision for a brief period in 2005. Thavy holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Monash University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the National Institute of Management.
