Gwen A. Snoberger has over 30 years of work experience in various HR roles. Gwen A. started their career as an Employment Representative at Sands Hotel, Casino & Country Club in 1988. Gwen A. then worked at Kraft General Foods as a Personnel Systems Specialist from 1990 to 1993. Gwen joined Independence Blue Cross in 1993 and held multiple positions, including Supervisor of Human Resources, Manager of HR Administration & Disability, and Benefits Manager. Gwen A. joined Charming Shoppes Inc, a subsidiary of Ascena Retail Group, in 2007 as the Director of HR Operations and Shared Services. Gwen A. later became the Director of Corporate Human Resources, where they implemented the company's first charitable program. In 2014, Gwen joined Lannett Company as the Vice President of Human Resources, where they designed and executed a total rewards strategy aligned with business priorities.
