Mark Williams is a seasoned CRM consultant currently with Lansdale Group, having joined the team in March 2020 after a successful collaboration on various projects at CareerBuilder. Previously, Mark held the position of Sr. Director of Salesforce Solution Development at Elavon, Inc. from May 2018 to March 2020, where responsibilities included the delivery of a Salesforce Service Cloud platform and global expansion. Prior to that, Mark served as Sr. Director of Information Management at CareerBuilder, demonstrating a strong ability to align business needs with IT capabilities.
