Mindy Biladeau, MPA has a diverse work experience in sales, service, event planning, and program management. Mindy currently serves as the Vice President of Sales and Service at Lansing Entertainment and Public Facilities Authority (LEPFA), where they oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures, as well as the hiring and training of sales and service personnel. Prior to this role, Mindy held the position of Interim Vice President of Sales & Service at LEPFA. Mindy also has experience as the Director of Event Services & Programming and Director of Special Events & Programming at LEPFA.
Before joining LEPFA, Mindy worked as the Executive Director of Downtown Lansing Inc., where they managed all operations of the Main Street program and Principal Shopping District for the City of Lansing. During their tenure, they played a key role in attracting private investments and facilitating the opening of new businesses.
Additionally, Mindy served as the Main Street Manager at Howell DDA, directing operations and collaborating with volunteer committees to plan and execute events, projects, and programming. Mindy also provided guidance to the Main Street/DDA Board in developing program plans and projects.
Mindy Biladeau, MPA, completed their Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Michigan State University from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Michigan-Dearborn from 1999 to 2003.
