Matt Richardson

Matt Richardson has worked in a variety of roles since 2000. Matt began as a Customer Services Representative for LittleWoods in 2000, then moved on to become a Service Desk Advisor for BT in 2002. In 2004, they were a Tax Credit Officer for HMRC Tax Credit Office, followed by a Network Engineer for Wyre Communications in 2005. In 2006, they were a Security Officer for MITIE and an UnderCover Ops for Geek Squad. From 2008 to 2010, they were a Training Design Officer for TalkTalk and a Self Employed Freelance Web Developer as a Sole Trader. Since 2010, they have been at Flexera, first as a Technical Support Engineer, then as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, a Technical Team Lead, a Senior Technical Team Lead, and currently as a Product Manager. In 2022, they began working as a Product Manager for Lansweeper.

Matt Richardson attended Fulwood High School, Preston from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained various GCSEs. Matt then attended Runshaw College, Leyland from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained A-Levels in Computing and Physics, as well as AS-Levels in Business Studies, Mathematics and Design Technologies. In 2021, they obtained Foundations, PMC Level II and Pragmatic Certified Product Manager certifications from the Pragmatic Institute. In 2019, they obtained a Certified Disciplined Agilist certification from the Disciplined Agile Consortium.
