Iñigo Guaza san Miguel

Iñigo Guaza San Miguel is an experienced professional specializing in continuous improvement and industrial engineering. Currently serving as Ingeniero de mejora continua at Lantegi Batuak since September 2019, Iñigo focuses on reorganizing and enhancing production processes to increase efficiency and facilitate the involvement of individuals with severe disabilities, implementing the Kaizen methodology. Prior experience includes a role as Project Engineer at Sisteplant, where Iñigo defined and implemented industrial engineering projects while applying Lean Manufacturing principles. Earlier positions include Técnico Industrial at TECNICHAPA SLU, Industrial Designer at CAD-PRO, and a role as Monitor de colonias at Suspergintza Elkartea. Iñigo holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Organization Engineering from the University of Deusto and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Basque Country.
