Josephine Kimberling has an extensive background in creative roles and surface design. Josephine has experience working as the Vice President Creative and Creative Director at Lantern Press, where they conceptualized and implemented artistic vision while driving revenue and brand engagement. Josephine was also a Podcast Host for the Highlight REAL Podcast, focusing on inspiring creatives by highlighting the real struggles and moments in life. Prior to that, Josephine worked at Starbucks as an Associate Creative Director and Senior Designer, contributing to brand narrative and leading creative ideation. Josephine also owned their own business, Josephine Kimberling LLC, where they developed surface patterns and artwork for various industries and generated significant wholesale sales.
