Erin Sarin

Erin Sarin is a seasoned professional in human resources and benefits, currently serving as Senior Director of Total Rewards at Lantheus. Erin also operates Sarin Consulting as a business owner and contributes as a board member for the New England Employee Benefits Council (NEEBC). Prior roles include leadership positions at Moderna, where Erin was a leader in HR and AI innovation and held the title of Senior Director of Global Benefits, as well as various roles at MITRE, culminating in Head of Benefits and Well-being. Erin holds an MBA in Finance from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and completed a Certificate in Strategic Human Resources Leadership from Cornell University.
