Olga Smetanina

Olga Smetanina has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Olga currently works as the HR Director at Lantmännen Unibake since January 2019. Before that, they served as an HR Consultant at Global Solutions Ltd. from January 2016 to January 2019. Olga also has a significant professional history with PepsiCo, where they held various roles such as HR Business Partner, Sales, Senior HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Project Manager, HR Integration Project Manager, and Plant HR Manager from 2008 to 2015. Prior to their time at PepsiCo, Olga worked as an HR Manager in Russia at Frigoglass where they established and implemented the Human Resources function and conducted training and salary market analysis. Olga began their career at British American Tobacco as an HR manager, where they worked for ten years from 1996 to 2006.

Olga Smetanina has a Master's degree in Biology and Chemistry, which they obtained between 1986 and 1991. In 1999, they earned a Certificate in Training Practice from CIPD in the UK. Later, in 2015, they received a Certificate in Introduction to art and design from the British Higher School of Art and Design in Moscow, which they completed in 2016.
