Doug Strobel

Doug Strobel has over 25 years of work experience in various roles primarily in business development, sales, and marketing. Doug is currently the Director of Worldwide Business Development & Technology Alliances at Lantronix since 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Technology Alliances & Business Development at Lantronix and as the Director of Business Development. Before joining Lantronix, Strobel served as the Regional Sales Manager at Intrinsyc Integration Manager, where they successfully integrated the sales organization of the acquired company into Lantronix's team and developed a distribution strategy for IoT products.

Previously, Strobel held positions at Microsemi Corporation as the Vice President of Strategic Accounts and as the Director of Tactical Marketing for AMS & Strategic Accounts. Doug also worked as the Central Area Sales Manager/Global Account Manager at Seagate Technologies. Prior to that, they served as the Director of New Business Development at Southland Micro Systems.

Strobel's earlier work experience includes roles at Supertex Inc., GMT Microelectronics, and Siemens Special Product Group. Overall, they have a strong background in building relationships with global customers, driving sales growth, and managing strategic accounts.

Doug Strobel has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Eastern Michigan University. Doug also holds an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Glen Oaks Community College. In addition to their formal education, Doug has obtained various certifications such as Sales Gamification, Selling into Industries: Professional Services, Sales Operations, and Salesforce Tips. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in 2019.
