Maddie Fox

Maddie Fox is the current Chief People Officer at Lantum. Prior to this, they served as Interim People Director at Blippar from July 2018 to December 2018.

At Blippar, Maddie was responsible for global people strategy across talent acquisition, reward, culture and engagement, L&D and people data. Maddie led the charge on employee engagement strategy, partnering with the business to establish a coherent people strategy that aligned the team behind the mission, vision and values to deliver their work with impact, candour and efficiency. Maddie also successfully restructured the company during a period of high-pressured change, recruited key senior hires, and implemented a new centralised HR system.

Maddie Fox has a certification from Active IQ in Level 3 Award in Nutrition for Physical Activity (QCF) and Level 3 Diploma in Instructing Pilates Matwork (QCF). Maddie is also a certified coach from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has an ICF Member Badge.

Their manager is Melissa Morris, CEO. They work with Charlene Chen - COO, Dave Roberts - Head of Sales.
