Reggie Tachie-Menson

Reggie Tachie-Menson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Reggie started their career as a Sub-Editor at I-Net Bridge, where they allocated story content and maintained the accuracy of the I-Net subscriber website. Reggie then transitioned to a role as a Financial Reporter at I-Net Bridge, conducting market research and writing articles on property developments in the South African market.

Reggie later worked as an IT & Operations Consultant at The Document Warehouse Ghana, where they implemented operational processes and identified technology-driven solutions for the business. They also gained experience as a Project Assistant Intern at The Document Warehouse (RSA), assisting the management team with sales and marketing projects.

In 2016, Reggie joined 81st Generation Limited as an Ecommerce Administrator, overseeing operations and customer service interactions. They later advanced to the role of Ecommerce Manager, making operational decisions and optimizing digital properties.

Reggie later took on the role of Software Engineer at Ruth Miskin Training, delivering new feature projects and implementing infrastructure improvements.

Reggie's current position is as a Senior Software Engineer at Lantum, where they were promoted after taking on additional responsibilities. In this role, Reggie collaborates with backend colleagues to enhance the platform, contribute to the design of new features, and ensure maintenance and improvements across the codebase.

Reggie Tachie-Menson obtained a National Senior Certificate (IEB) from Kingswood College in Grahamstown, South Africa from 2004 to 2006. Reggie then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General and Media Studies from the University of Cape Town from 2007 to 2009. In 2019 to 2020, Reggie completed the Software Engineering Immersive program at General Assembly, specializing in computer software engineering.
