Daniela Caruso

Daniela Caruso has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Daniela currently serves as the Head of Global HR Controlling & Analytics at LANXESS, a position they started in January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Controlling - Expert Strategic Workforce Planning at LANXESS from August 2018 to December 2021. From December 2014 to July 2018, they held the role of Controller "Manufacturing Excellence". Before LANXESS, Daniela worked at Kamps, where they served as a Production & Supply Chain Controller from January 2003 to April 2007. Additionally, they were the Head of Finance in an Italian Joint Venture Company at Kamps from July 2001 to December 2002. Daniela started their career at KWU Gesellschaft für Unternehmensbewertung AG as an Audit Assistant from October 1998 to September 1999.

Daniela Caruso completed their pre-diploma in Business Administration and Economics from Paderborn University between 1992 and 1994. Daniela then pursued further education at FernUniversität in Hagen, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration and Economics as a Graduate Economist (Diplom Volkswirtin) from 1994 to 1998.
