Lucas Foltran Martini

Lucas Foltran Martini has extensive experience in chemical manufacturing and production management, currently serving as Plant Manager at LANXESS since January 2023, overseeing the operation of a chemical plant that produces Oxone. Prior to this role, Lucas held various positions at Stepan Company, including Production Site Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing multiple production units and optimizing processes for efficiency. Earlier experience includes roles at Cognis, Incobrasa Industries, Bunge Brasil, and AkzoNobel, focusing on production supervision, engineering, and process optimization.
