Marcelo Metz

Marcelo Metz is a seasoned professional in sales and market development, currently serving as the Head of Sales for Brazil at LANXESS since October 2019. Additionally, Marcelo has been working at Ipel Itibanyl Produto Especiais LTDA as Gerente de Mercado since August 2008, focusing on the development of biocide markets in the tanning industry and other specialty markets. Previous experience includes a role as Supervisor de Vendas at ISOGAMA Industria Quimica Ltda from September 1995 to July 2008, where Marcelo demonstrated skills in opening new markets for biocides and chemical specialties in the tanning and wood industries. Marcelo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from TUITI and a Technical degree in Tanning from Escola Técnica de Curtimento - SENAI.
