Theng Chin Lim

Theng Chin Lim has extensive work experience in accounting, finance, and management roles. Most recently, they served as the Head of Accounting at Lao Brewery Company, where they led a team of professionals and oversaw all accounting matters for the company. Prior to this, Theng worked at Carlsberg Group in various roles, including Supply Chain Controller and Project Manager - Commercial Finance. They also held the position of Deputy General Manager at a construction company and Sales Controller at Carlsberg Group. Earlier in their career, Theng worked at British American Tobacco as a Finance Business Partner and Assistant Manager Corporate Finance, as well as at Deloitte as an Audit Senior.

Theng Chin Lim completed an Executive Programme in Strategy - BGS at IMD, expected to be finished by 2022. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Professional Accounting) from the University of South Australia in 2009. Prior to their bachelor's degree, they pursued a Diploma in Business/Commerce, General at Monash College, which was completed in 2006.
