Victor Gonzalez, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Operations and Project Manager at LAPHAM HICKEY STEEL since June 2021. With a robust background in inventory management, Victor previously worked at Lacier, where responsibilities included overseeing the development and implementation of inventory control systems. Earlier experience includes serving as Quality Director at Miller Metals Service Corporation, focusing on maintaining ISO 9001:2008 certification and enhancing operational systems. Additionally, Victor has held the role of National Director of Membership for the National Hispanic Sales Network and worked as an ESL instructor at City Colleges of Chicago. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Saint Xavier University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois, Chicago.
