Alexa Villegas

Alexa Villegas has held a variety of roles in the last year. In 2020, they were the Head of Headhunting Operations for LaPieza, where they were responsible for metrics/goals definition and performance monitoring, operations, CX, sales HH and onboarding HH, as well as professional development plans. Alexa also held the roles of Headhunter Manager & Sales and Sales & Hunting Analyst Intern at LaPieza, where they were responsible for sourcing and recruitment of specialized profiles in different areas, IT (Fullstack Developers, Backend, Frontend, Product etc.), Commercial (Sales and Mkt), Human Resources, Legal, Finance, Management & Executives, as well as follow-up to the sales area by capturing leads and customer follow-up. Additionally, they held the role of Consultant at Fairwind in 2020.

Alexa Villegas studied at ILAC from 2016 to 2016, where they focused on language studies. Alexa then attended Universidad de las Américas Puebla from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a degree in International Business Administration. In 2019, they also attended EBS Paris - European Business School, where they earned a Licenciatura in International Business.
