Karen Alvarez

Karen Alvarez is a Junior Process Engineer at LAPORTE since September 2023, previously serving as a Production Supervisor and Interim Quality Assurance Supervisor at Ferrara, where significant improvements in quality control and product delivery were achieved. At Ferrara, Karen also managed the sensory program, collaborating effectively across teams.
