Girish Bhale

Girish Bhale is an experienced business leader currently serving at Lapp Group since November 2018. Prior to this role, Girish held various positions at Thermax Ltd from December 2001 to October 2018, including Vertical Head for the Global Refinery and Petrochemicals Business, where responsibilities included business generation in the international Oil and Gas sector and collaboration with major Process Licensors and EPCs. Girish also contributed to domestic sales through strategic consulting and account management for Vapour Absorption Chillers and Boilers, and engaged in dealer management to ensure revenue growth in Gujarat. Girish completed a Senior Management Programme in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad from July 2017 to July 2018.
