Guodong (Gordon) Gu

Guodong (Gordon) Gu has a wealth of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. In 2021, they joined Larimar Therapeutics Inc. as Associate Director of Bioanalytical Development, where they design and implements the company's pipeline strategies connected to bioanalytical methods development and regulated in-vivo studies activities. Prior to this, they were Principal Scientist of GxP Bioanalysis at PTC Therapeutics, Inc. from 2019 to 2021. From 2013 to 2019, they were Associate Director of Bioanalysis at Alliance Pharma, where they led bioanalytical studies and ensured the quality, reliability, and timely results delivery. From 2012 to 2013, they were an Analytical Chemist at Pii (Pharmaceutics International, Inc.), where they performed quantitative analysis of pharmaceutical API, in-process product, finished product, stability sample, and excipient.

Guodong (Gordon) Gu received their Bachelor of Science (BS) from Shandong University of Science and Technology in 2005. Guodong (Gordon) then went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Analytical Chemistry from West Virginia University, which they earned in 2012.
