Swathi Sampangi

Swathi Sampangi has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Swathi is currently working at Lark Health as the Director of Strategy, responsible for defining the company's MVP, driving partner sales enablement, and leading the GTM strategy for Medicare Advantage. Prior to this, they were a Senior Strategy and Insights Manager at Lark Health, where they launched the company's largest channel partnership and oversaw market and competitive intelligence. Swathi also served as a Strategy and Insights Manager at the same company. Before joining Lark Health, Swathi worked as the Director of Alliance Management at MyHealthTeam, managing client partnerships and driving revenue growth. Swathi also worked as a Management Consultant at Accenture, specializing in healthcare operational strategy and performance improvement.
