Ronald Ratzlaff

Ronald Ratzlaff, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Larksfield Place Retirement Communities, Inc. since 2001. In this role, Ronald oversees all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, safety programs, and performance management, while collaborating with the executive leadership team on strategic workforce planning. Prior to this position, Ronald was Director of Human Resources at JR Custom Metal Products Inc., where responsibilities mirrored those at Larksfield Place, and earlier served as Personnel Administration Manager at Excel Industries, Inc. Ronald holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Tabor College and an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Hutchinson Community College.
