Kelly Lowman’s career has been shaped by her efforts to always seek out the good in others and to do the right thing, no matter how hard the situation. As Corporate Revenue Manager for LBA Hospitality, Kelly’s business ethics are inspired by the tenets of her Christian faith, and her extensive background in hospitality service helps her model LBA’s mission to explore new and better ways to serve guests and owners every day.
Before joining the LBA team, Kelly gained valuable operational experience serving as an on-property guest services manager for six years. In this role, she developed a heightened understanding of both the demands facing frontline staff and the strategic focus needed to offer consistently excellent guest service. Kelly also holds experience in retail store management, where she honed her leadership and career development skills. Most recently, she served as Revenue Analyst for 3H Group Hotels.
Kelly joined LBA in 2021 during the 3H Group alliance, and she is putting her aggregated experience to work supporting hotel teams in the creation and implementation of strategies to achieve greater market share and maximize revenue. Kelly completed Marriott’s One Yield certification, alongside other hospitality training courses, and she adheres to the philosophy that life is not a matter of holding good cards, but of sometimes playing a poor hand well.
