Daniel Reid is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Global Sales for Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts since November 2019, Daniel leads the European sales team, driving growth across over 100 hotels in 78 destinations. Prior roles include Senior Director of Sales & Marketing for Radisson Collection, Area Director of Sales and Marketing for Hyatt Hotels in the UK & Ireland, and Executive Director of Global Sales at Preferred Hotels & Resorts. Daniel's career spans various leadership positions, with a strong focus on strategic growth, revenue generation, and partnership development across international markets. Daniel holds degrees in Strategic Management from Cornell University, Finance from The Manchester Metropolitan University, and Business from the University of Wolverhampton.
