Pedro Flores brings more than 30 years of maintenance experience and two decades of hospitality expertise to his role as Regional Engineering Manager. A big believer in the power of teamwork, Pedro exemplifies LBA Hospitality’s core values of personal accountability, hard work and showing up for one another both professionally and personally. He views his parents as his role models, reflecting their dedication and commitment to others in his efforts to foster a culture of exemplary customer service and associate engagement.
In June of 2021, Pedro joined LBA as Chief Engineer for an Orlando-based property. Just five months later, he was promoted to the role of Regional Engineering Manager, overseeing the engineering teams for more than 20 LBA properties across Florida. His focus areas include ensuring that each property in his territory is well maintained and empowering his team members to deliver the best possible customer service. Prior to his service with LBA, Pedro gained extensive hospitality experience facilitating property-level maintenance and upkeep, and he has also worked within the petroleum and automobile sales industries.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad Central de Venezuela in Caracas, where he briefly taught as a math professor, Pedro launched his career in maintenance engineering. His professional accolades and proud career moments include obtaining his Community Association Manager (CAM) license in 2021 and achieving the top auto salesperson spot in 2005 despite not yet being proficient in English.
