David Cannon

David Cannon has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. David most recently worked as the President of Master Planned Communities at Larry H. Miller Real Estate. Prior to that, they held the position of President & CEO, and Global Head of Land at Property Reserve, Inc. and its subsidiary, Suburban Land Reserve, Inc. David also served as Vice President at both Suburban Land Reserve, Inc. and Property Reserve, Inc. Additionally, David has experience as a Regional Portfolio Manager and a Transaction Manager in the real estate sector.

David Cannon completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at Brigham Young University in 2003, and later obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on finance from the Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business, graduating between 2005 and 2007. In 2014, they obtained a certification as a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from the Utah Division of Real Estate. Additionally, David Cannon has also acquired a certification as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), although the specific year of attainment is unknown.
