Sanjay brings over 20 years of Entrepreneurial, Leadership and Senior Management experience in Medical Technology manufacturing to Lars. Sanjay has been instrumental and a pioneer in envisioning IV Cannula manufacturing in India, that has since grown into a globally recognized industry. He has been at the forefront of groundbreaking manufacturing processes and has overseen successful development of multiple brands and product designs under his direction. Apart from his responsibilities in overall growth and success of Lars Medicare, Sanjay also acts as the Chief Mentor to Lars’ 700+ employees.
