Jared Barath

Jared Barath has a diverse range of work experience. Jared started their career as a Student Assistant at The Ohio State University, where they led a team and provided excellent customer service. Jared then worked as a Human Resources Intern at Iris Interactive Corporation, where they collaborated with executives and helped the company achieve international certification. Jared also has extensive experience at Macy's, where they held various managerial roles, including Operations Manager, Merchandise Team Manager, and Sales Manager. Jared successfully executed business strategies, managed teams, and contributed to talent acquisition and development. Most recently, they worked at DICK'S Sporting Goods as an Assistant Store Manager, where they coached and developed a large team, improved operational productivity, and ensured customer satisfaction. Currently, Jared is the Associate Vice President and Head of Regulatory - Midwest at Larson Maddox.

Jared Barath graduated from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, focusing on Human Resources Management and Economics.
