Hilary Bendon

Hilary Bendon has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and industries. Hilary has recently joined Larta Institute as the Chief of Staff, where they are involved in developing organizational strategies and advising the CEO. Prior to this, they worked at HXB LLC, assisting start-ups and small to medium businesses with conflict resolution and strategic planning. Hilary also has experience as a graduate student at Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law and as a Training Manager at Zodiac Aerospace. Additionally, Hilary has worked as a Leadership Consultant, Coach, and Trainer at Ignite Your Insight and as a Workshop Facilitator and Trainer at SoftTrain, Inc., Omega Alliance Inc., and Intertek. Hilary has also held managerial roles at fresh&easy Neighborhood Market, where they developed a training academy and supported HR functions. Hilary is a member of the International Coach Federation Orange County.

Hilary Bendon has a diverse education history. In 2017, they obtained a Master's degree in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University. Hilary also holds a BA in English and Italian Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Hilary pursued Teaching Credentials in multiple subjects and special education from Chapman University. Hilary'seducation also includes a Certified Fearless Living Coach designation from the Fearless Living Institute.
