Ericka Coriz is the Director of Human Resources at Las Cumbres Community Services. Ericka has over fifteen years of experience in the human resources field. Prior to their current position, they were the Development Associate at the SOUTHWESTERN ASSOCIATION FOR INDIAN ARTS INC. from July 2004 to January 2008. In this role, they were responsible for office coverage, data entry, merchandise sales and inventory, membership sales and mailings, ticket sales for special events, acceptance of art donations, tracking and shipping, intake of money donations, solicit award sponsorship's, annual appeal, preview ticket sales, live auction gala ticket sales, raffle tickets, payment processing, providing reception backup answer and routing calls on a multi-line phone system with professionalism, greeting visitors, and contributing to a positive atmosphere. Ericka also maintained files and confidentiality/ security of sensitive information and cash, checks, credit card numbers at all times. In addition, they responded to membership inquiries with written correspondence, by telephone, email, website, or in person. Lastly, they assisted with plans and oversaw event logistics for the Preview of Award Winning Art, Life Time Achievement Award Ceremony, Live and Silent Auctions.

Ericka Coriz has a SHRM-CP Prep Course in Human Resources Management and Services from UNM Anderson School of Management and a Business Administration and Management, General from Northern New Mexico College.

They are on a team with Rosella Martinez - Day-Habilitation Lead, Jason Duda - Peach Group Home Manager, and Jose Gonzales - Santuario del Corazón Program Manager. Their manager is Stacey Frymier, Executive Director & Director of Community Youth & Caregiver Programs.
