The leadership team at Las Cumbres Community Services has a wide range of previous experiences, including working at Goodwill Industries, SOUTHWESTERN ASSOCIATION FOR INDIAN ARTS INC., and Aviva Children's Services. They have also held positions such as Director of Recreation at the City of Espanola and Small Press Publisher at Red Star Black Rose Print and Graphic Design Collective. In terms of education, the team is diverse, with degrees from Temple University, Saint Joseph's University, Northern New Mexico College, UNM Anderson School of Management, Pima Community College, and the University of New Mexico.
