Previously, Sujoy held prominent roles such as Senior Director of Food and Beverage at Churchill Downs Incorporated, where innovative menus and pricing strategies were established at Derby City Gaming. Additional experience includes consulting for Good Eats Group, managing club operations as General Manager at ClubCorp, and leading non-gaming operations at Hard Rock International during a $350M expansion project.
