Thomas Graham

Thomas Graham has extensive work experience in the legal field. Thomas worked as an Associate General Counsel - Contracts at Las Vegas Sands Corp. from 2019 to present. Prior to that, they owned their own law firm, Graham Law Firm, since 2006. From 2009 to 2015, they were an Associate General Counsel at Snyder's-Lance, Inc., where they managed various legal functions such as compliance, litigation, contract review, intellectual property, M&A, and counseling. Before joining Snyder's-Lance, Inc., Thomas worked as a Member at Moore & Van Allen, PLLC from 2001 to 2006, and as a Partner at Kilpatrick Stockton from 1987 to 2001. Thomas started their legal career as an Associate at Hunton & Williams LLP in 1984. Prior to that, they worked as a Staff Accountant at Arthur Andersen from 1980 to 1981.

Thomas Graham attended The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 1976 to 1980, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. Thomas then pursued further education at The George Washington University Law School from 1981 to 1984, graduating with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
