Kerri Richards

Kerri Richards is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as a Real Estate Agent at Simply Vegas Real Estate and Las Vegas Sotheby's International Realty since October 2023 and December 2022, respectively. Kerri has been a Realtor with Windermere Real Estate since April 2015 and served as a Realtor and Productivity Coach at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. from April 2014 to April 2015. Previous experience includes a Realtor role at Realty ONE Group from October 2007 to April 2014 and earlier positions with Windermere Real Estate from January 2005 to October 2007. Kerri is pursuing a legal education at the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada-Las Vegas, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Developmental and Child Psychology from the University of Iowa, awarded in 1998.
