Nicholas Koshiw

Nicholas Koshiw, CAIA, has over 19 years of experience in investment management, primarily at LaSalle Investment Management since January 2007. Currently serving as Vice President, Nicholas is responsible for direct investments in retail and mixed-use properties across various risk profiles and markets in the continental U.S. Previously held roles include Associate, focusing on capital markets and portfolio management for a real estate investment fund, and Senior Financial Analyst in the Acquisitions Group, where Nicholas evaluated investment opportunities and supported real estate transactions. Prior experience includes roles at Miller Capital Advisory and Integra Realty Resources, concentrating on investment analysis and market research. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Toronto.
