Joe Dear

Joe Dear has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and plant management. As the Plant Manager at Laser Dynamics, Inc. since June 2019, Joe is responsible for overseeing plant operations. Prior to this role, Joe served as the Vice President of Manufacturing at ACEMCO Incorporated from February 2013 to May 2019, demonstrating leadership in manufacturing processes. Joe also held the position of Plant Manager at Sodecia for a brief period in 2011 and at Magna Powertrain Sterling Heights from March 1996 to September 2010, where Joe further developed skills in program management.
