About the Role:
- As a member of our management team, you will own the revenue target number
- Work closely with the VP of Growth Marketing and VP of Customer Success to capitalize on all revenue opportunities
- Identify prospect segmentation and GTM for each segment
- Work within our CRM (HubSpot) to manage opportunities and the overall pipeline
- Put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function
- Refine sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
- Coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support our sales objectives
- Define optimal team structure based on company objectives
- Hire and develop sales team members
- Coach small sales team with regular team huddles, 1:1s, team meetings, scorecards and deal reviews
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
- Design the rules of engagement with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure no lead slips through the cracks.
- Ability to see things both deep and wide; be analytical while applying it to the longer vision
- Identify insights and take appropriate actions.
- Apply your business acumen and instincts when problem solving.
- You’ll build trust and relationships with other cross-functional leaders and represent the company’s growth strategy
- Develop key metrics that provide insights into planning, process, and effectiveness of our GTM efforts
- Set overall GTM budgets and provide necessary analytics and reporting to support account plans

- Must have managed both inbound and outbound leads
- Must have sold and represented a suite of products for upsells
- Must have scaled sales for company with $3M-$15M in ARR with an ACV of $8,000-$15,000
- Must be able to meet people where they are and constantly adapt to your audience.
- Is highly organized and relational
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- Excels at problem solving and communicating plans to solve problems
- Thorough understanding of digital software products, web technologies, mobile applications and current trends; proficiency with Microsoft Office is required
- Thrive on change while remaining highly organized and optimistic
- Coachable. Listens to and implements advice
- Strong organization and time management skills
