Lasso MD is a patient acquisition platform for dental practices**,** endorsed by some of the biggest names in the industry. We help dental practices become better businesses through our marketing services, marketing automation, and fully integrated software tools. Our goal is to create a repeatable and predictable system for generating new patient leads for our clients.

Role Summary

Lasso MD is hiring for an Account Director to act as the primary strategist and advocate for our Dental practice clients. The Account Director will act as the main point of contact throughout the entire client-lifecycle. The role will be required to maintain a positive relationship with the client, manage client requests, and act as a liaison between the client and product team. We are seeking motivated, organized, and positive individuals with a proven history of managing an account base of at least 150 accounts.

What Does Success Look Like?

  • Maintain renewal/retention rate of 99% or greater

  • Upsell clients by a 10% increase each year

  • Able to identify and solve issues quickly

  • Manage account tasks autonomously (without requiring manager escalation)

  • Ability to turn a frustrated client into a fanatical client

    Responsibilities/Duties

  • Proactively reach out to 5 clients a day, as well as 40-50 daily emails

  • Maintain weekly/monthly communications a client base of up to 150 accounts

  • Perform Quarterly Business Reviews

  • Facilitate client requests/problems using creative problem solving

  • Be able to adapt on the fly, as no day is identical in this role

  • Analytical thinking with ability to drive insights from data

  • Ability to relay technical concepts to non-technical audiences

  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration

    Required Experience

  • 3-5 years in agency account management

  • Proven record of managing an account base of at least 150 accounts

  • Strong understanding of basic online marketing principles and strategies

  • Experience providing quotes and contracts, and some negotiation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service

  • General working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM

    Salary and Benefits

  • $100,000-$110,000 /yr. OTE
    • $60,000-$70,000 Salary
    • $40,000 On-Target Bonus
