Mia Ropponen

Mia Ropponen is an accomplished marketing and brand management expert with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Board Member at Lyyti since February 2024, Ropponen previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Lataamo Group Ltd, where the focus was on creating memorable brand experiences. In a significant role as Vice President of Marketing at Kesko - K-Group from July 2015 to February 2022, Ropponen directed brand and customer experience development, enhancing the company's competitive positioning and customer satisfaction. Earlier experience includes Brand Director positions at Metsä Tissue, where Ropponen transformed a commodity business into a service-oriented enterprise, and various marketing roles at Bayer, Louder Ltd, and others. Ropponen holds a Master of Science in Special Education and Teaching from the University of Helsinki and completed a specialized business administration program at Jyväskylän aikuisopisto.
