Petteri Kilpinen

Petteri Kilpinen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and board governance across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director at Aava Virta since April 2019 and at Aava Wellbeing since June 2018, Petteri also holds a board membership at Springvest Oy and chairs the board of Lataamo Group Ltd. In addition, Petteri actively participates as a board member at HJK Helsinki, the most successful Finnish football club. Previous roles include board member at Aava Medical Centre and member of the board at Nordic Business Forum, among others. Petteri's background includes a successful tenure as CEO at Rainmaker Ltd, where key focus areas included strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and brand development.
