UC Research Lead at LATAM Airlines

Claudia Morales has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Claudia began their career as a Packaging Development Engineer at Unilever, where they worked on projects related to supply chain, technical specifications, and promotional packaging. Claudia later joined Vera y Giannini as an Industrial Packaging Designer. After that, Claudia worked at Widefense as an Account Manager, focusing on enterprise account management and continuous process improvement. Claudia also served as a Brand Manager at Widefense, where they conducted user mapping and workshops for vision meetings. Claudia then joined Telefónica as a UX Researcher, specializing in research for innovation products in mining, agriculture, and smart cities. Their responsibilities included ideation, wireframing, usability testing, and qualitative/quantitative studies. Currently, Claudia is working at LATAM Airlines as a UC Research Lead, leading the UX Research team and facilitating user research for digital product development. Claudia collaborates with other program leaders, develops guidelines, and manages the LATAM Tester recruitment program.

Claudia Morales holds a degree in Product Design Engineering from Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria, which they obtained from 2007 to 2012. In 2016, they pursued a Diploma in Creativity and Innovation from design to Business with a focus on Innovation at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Additionally, they completed a Product Design program at FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences from 2008 to 2009. In 2017, Claudia Morales attended Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile for a course on Usability and User Experience (UX) concepts.
